Patient: Male, age 57, Illinois physician (anesthesiologist)Pathology: Cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) of the right eye and orbit, and maxillary sinus

Intervention: Exenteration, hemi-maxillectomy, palatectomy, frontal bone (calvarial) excision

Prosthesis: Self-retained, removable, hollow-coreprosthesis provides obturation (oro-pharynx) normal sinus drainage, vocal resonance and speech articulation, humidity and breathing airway.
